Organizers post their games on the website and players sign up for a spot online. This makes it easier for organizers to manage their games and for skaters to find ice time in advance.
Click on the orange “Sign Up” button in the top right and create your account, or you can also create the account with your Google account.
When you first set up your organizer account, you'll be directed to set up a Stripe account on your dashboard. This will include a few steps including identity verification and withdrawal details. You will need to enter some profile information about yourself and/or the business, organization or group. This is usually a very simple process. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
Your first payout will typically be 7 days after your game finishes. For the 2nd payout onward, your payout will typically be processed in 3 business days. This policy is set by Stripe. You can add or change bank account details any time through your payments dashboard.
If the player cancels from the game 48 hours prior to the game's start time, Stripe will refund the person automatically. If the cancellation happens within 48 hours, you will be responsible for refunding them manually. You can contact the player with our chat function in the dashboard regarding the refund.
Yes, you are free to cancel 48 hours prior to the game's start time and receive an automatic refund from Stripe. If you cancel after that, you will need to contact the organizer for a refund.
No. You simply need to pay with a credit card or debit card. The process is very easy!
