1 hour of low-level rec hockey hosted at McGregor Park Community Centre (Rink 1). This is a low level co-ed recreational game. Very casual and friendly.

📅 Teams: Teams will be decided in the WhatsApp group.

👕 Jerseys: Please bring two jerseys:
– One unambiguously white
– One dark or solid-coloured

📜 Rules & Expectations
1) Be Courteous
– Respect lower-skilled players
– Give them time with the puck, pass to them, and support their improvement
-Quick shifts!
2) Play Down if You’re Skilled
– This is a low-level rec game—help keep it fun for everyone
3) No Slap Shots – Especially through traffic
– Slap shots only allowed on breakaways.
4) Offsides Are Called
– Please respect the call.
5) Full Gear Required
– Including helmet with cage or visor.
6) Have fun!
-This is absolutely required and will be enforced if necessary.
